Nash Road represents JSK’s ability to evolve a medium-sized existing property to accommodate a growing family. Starting with a 45 year old weather board house, an architectural draftsman provided detailed drawings in consultation with the owner. The most significant step involved JSK constructing a second story addition, of which included two bedrooms, a bathroom and an entertainment area. Downstairs, a large family room was added to the rear of the house, the kitchen extended forward to create a dining area in the shape of a bay window. These additions resulted in a terrific family home, achieved through JSK’s full involvement and provision of skilled services.
